    Grit

    A strength and conditioning circuit class using cardio machines, barbells, kettlebells and more challenging you to push your limits every session. This class will improve your overall cardiovascular health while also building your strength in weight lifting.

    Grit RX

    An advanced class for those who understand and can perform the 9 foundational CrossFit moves with ease. This class consists of elements of strength + cardio + skill work which includes barbell and gymnastics progressions.

    Strength & Conditioning

    A 45-minute class using more complex strength-based exercises along with intense cardiovascular conditioning work. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. All-Levels.

    TRX

    A 45 minute suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

    CrossFit Foundation

    CrossFit Foundation is an Introductory class based on the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit. The focus of the class is to learn how to perform Crossfit movements safely through proper functional and natural movement patterns, before jumping into advanced CrossFit sessions. In addition, you will learn the language of CrossFit such as, movement names, acronyms and equipment ettiequte. Whilst learning these movements, you will perform a Crossfit beginner/Intermediate workout based on the movements learned in class.

    CrossFit Specialty

    A coach led class that will primarily focus on weightlifting and gymnastics and how to improve those aspects of your training. You will learn how to perform the snatch, clean and jerk safely, efficiently, and effectively. This will be done through focusing on technique and building strength. You will work towards getting gymnastics skills such as pull ups, toes to bar or progressing towards higher skilled movements such as muscle ups. Our coaches are dedicated towards helping members improve their abilities with weightlifting and gymnastics. Our speciality classes will cater for people who have never done Weightlifting or gymnastics before and can use this class to learn how to perform these movements.

    These classes will also challenge experienced members and ensure they are sufficiently challenged to progress.
