Get Your Team Together for the Ultimate Tech Fitness Challenge!
Whether you work in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS – or anywhere in between – this competition isn’t about AI strategies, it’s about getting on your feet! Gather your colleagues, form a team of 5 (3 x Males, 2 x Females). Accessible fitness challenge for all abilities! No matter your fitness level, this is your chance to swap your keyboards for trainers and show off your teamwork!

Our first ever Warehouse Gym Powerlifting Meet!
This will be a classic Powerlifting Competition sanctioned by the UAE Powerlifting Committee, following IPF and WADA rules. No strength minimums required – this meet is designed to include everyone!
Join us at WHGYM Al Quoz on Saturday 23rd November.
AED 300 to enter, minimum age 13.
Registration is Closed. Spectators are welcome.
Note: this competition is governed by IPF and WADA Anti-Doping regulations, anyone caught using prohibited substances could face strict sanctions and fines from the relevant authorities.

Let the Battle prep begin!
Mark your calendars for the showdown of the year. On August 24th our 3rd edition of The Battle of The Erg is back!
You already know the score… Mixed teams of 5, with 10 team spots open for elite and an additional 10 spots for everyday.

Time: 11:30am everyday athlete kickoff, 2pm elite athlete kickoff
Summer Strip
Our annual 4 week summer challenge is here
This year we have a twist: the aim of the game is to lose as many centimetres off your waist as possible, or drop as many pounds as you can on the scales.
Prizes will be awarded for the winners of both categories.
We will be hosting the weigh-ins and taking your measurements at the start and end of the challenge for you to effectively monitor and track your progress.
Keep your ears to the ground for our exciting prize announcements and details about the final throwdown at the end of the challenge.
Men's Walk n Talk
To keep the focus on Mental health awareness we are hosting our first ever Mens walk n talk event. Join us on Sunday 5th May at 5:25am for a 3 and a half hour hike around Wadi Showka led by Summit Expeditions. This is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, clear your head and open up conversations with mates along the way. Ladies, you’re invited too! For more information head to reception.
Mind Games
Mental health affects 1 in 4 of us at some point. The good news is, more people are discussing it now, but the bad news is, there is still a stigma around men’s mental health.
Being personally affected, we feel compelled to shine the spotlight by hosting a community-driven event designed to encourage open conversations about mental health among men and to break down the societal stigmas associated with men’s mental health.
Join us for Mind Games, a first of its kind, male only fitness event! On the 30th March from 8:30pm teams of 5 men will go head to head, tournament style, at ISD Sports City to raise money for charity.
Stick around after the event for a BBQ too.
