Blackbox is The Warehouse Gym’s Signature Class. A high-intensity, immersive multi-sensory experience using Skillmills, SkiErgs, and Floor Space. Based on high intensity aerobic exercises and plyometrics, expect to burn at least 500 calories in one session! Advisable for Beginners, intermediate and well-experienced members!

BoxFit
A 45 minute boxing bag and bodyweight workout using traditional boxing techniques, strikes, footwork and combinations. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

Cycle
A 45-minute Indoor cycle is a cardiovascular group workout class where you pedal through hill climbs, speed up on seated flats all to the rhythm of the music. Warehouse Gym Cycle sessions are designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building.

Metcon
Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a metcon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time.
Basically, these types of workouts help increase and optimize your body’s energy output. Common exercises of Metcon sessions include squats, deadlifts, lunges, pushups, rows, pull ups, burpees, planks and kettlebell swings.

Zumba

Kids Boxing
Kids boxing is a class where expert coaches will train kids in technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. They will teach little ones the various skills needed in boxing and self-defense. Kids will develop boxing skills such as the correct form in throwing jabs, hooks, and uppercuts. Kids will learn basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance. Coaches will keep watch on your kids to ensure their safety at all times while learning an effective self-defense sport.

Kids Fitness
Most of the physical activity should be aerobic, where kids use large muscles and continue for a period of time. Examples of aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing. School-age kids usually have brief bouts of moderate to strong physical activity alternating with light activity or rest throughout the day.

Circuits
Circuits is a 45-minute HIIT & strength training combined using approximately 60% strength-based exercises and 40% cardiovascular. Usually a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. Circuits will usually involve 6-12 exercises and should be structured in a way that enables you keep performing the exercises with good technique and very short rest intervals.
