Abs & Glutes

AVAILABLE AT: Jumeirah Park, Springs Souk, DIFC, Ibn Battuta, Khawaneej

A Full body aerobic group class that focuses mainly on the lower body; quads, hamstrings, glutes and your core. Keeping you in the fat-burning zone during the aerobic exercises whilst shaping and toning your abs & glutes are the same time. Plenty of squats, lunges, and core exercises using bands, bodyweight and dumbbells.

Mobility

AVAILABLE AT: Jumeirah Park

The mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength.

Pilates

AVAILABLE AT: Jumeirah Park, Springs Souk, Ibn Battuta

A 45 minute session that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates is a low impact exercise that creates optimal strength through muscle balance and fine-tuning neuromuscular patterns.

Reformer Pilates

AVAILABLE AT: Science Park, Springs Souk

Reformer Pilates is intentional movement with serious impact. In this 45-minute low-impact session, you'll train on the reformer machine — a spring-loaded platform designed to challenge your strength, stability, and control. Every rep is guided, focused, and built around long-term performance. It's not just core work. It’s full-body refinement, done with purpose.

Yoga

AVAILABLE AT: Ibn Battuta

A fast-paced cardiovascular yoga session focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.

Power Yoga

AVAILABLE AT: Springs Souk

Emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.

Hatha Flow Yoga

AVAILABLE AT: Springs Souk

A 45-minute yoga class that involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. Hatha yoga is about finding balance.

Yoga Stretch

AVAILABLE AT: Springs Souk, DIFC

A 45-minute session that incorporates Yoga poses that increase your strength and flexibility levels by placing your body in unusual positions for extended periods of time. These poses, called asanas, tend to focus on specific body parts, and often include breathing and meditation techniques. While some advanced stretches can be intimidating, don’t be put off by pictures of yogis in contortionist positions. Most of the popular yoga stretches range from beginner to moderate difficulty levels, and are easily learned with the help of a certified yoga instructor.
