We call it the “whiteboard effect.” Beyond the endorphin release and stress reduction, the chasing of numbers, the race against the clock, and writing scores on the whiteboard within a supportive community foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie. This strong support system, which our Warehouse community is the epitome of, can significantly boost mental health, leaving you not only physically stronger but also more mentally resilient.

All Eyes on the Games
With only 41 days remaining until the 2024 CrossFit Games, CrossFit has announced several changes to the prize payouts this year, with some divisions receiving higher payouts while others, such as the Adaptive Division, seeing reductions.

Updates to our Booking App
Our IT Department has made a few tweaks to the booking app; you can now see the coach’s name when booking a class. No excuse not to book into your favorite coach’s class today! A reminder to keep booking classes in advance to streamline the process and ensure a hassle-free experience.
