The gym shall be known as The Warehouse Fitness Center LLC. Management reserves the right to change the pricing, rules, terms and conditions of the gym without prior notice.

MONTHLY RECURRING CONTRACT. I understand that monthly membership payment is done by monthly installment through our/my credit card, direct debit, or bank transfer. In case of an overdue account, I am fully aware that I cannot use the gym facility and need to settle any pending payment before I can continue or cancel my membership. I can terminate or cancel my membership after a 2-month commitment with 1 month prior notice and must complete the cancellation form. In the absence of such notice, members who pay by Credit/Debit Card will automatically have their Monthly Membership renewed.

• COUPLES MEMBERSHIP. Payment will be taken from one (1) of the parties only.

• REFUNDS. I can terminate my membership, with no refund of payment being given if I have paid in advance_ No refunds for non-usage of gym facilities.

CANCELLATION. If the contract is terminated for any reason, we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the money which you have paid to us under this agreement to cover any reasonable costs we have incurred.

EXPULSION. Members expelled will forfeit all privileges of the membership.

COMPLAINTS. Any complaints unresolved at the time of the incident will be referred to and dealt with by the Head Of Reception or Senior Reception on duty.

MAINTENANCE. The gym shall be entitled to make alterations, carry out remedial repairs or maintenance without prior notice. Though of course every consideration will be made to minimize inconvenience.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS. For security purposes, all members are mandated to allow gym receptionists to take their photos to be attached to their membership contracts.

• GYM POLICIES. Members must always adhere to the rules, these are displayed within the facilities (not all-encompassing). The gym reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

• FREEZING. Members with 6 month and 12 month memberships are allowed to Freeze their membership for a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Any requests for freeze for a longer period than 30 days are subject to a monthly fee of AED 105 thereafter.

MONEY ON ACCOUNT. No refund and/or encashment can be done once payment is made.

• SPECIAL OFFERS. Any current offers cannot be in conjunction with another existing offer. You are eligible for one offer only.

• TRANSFER. Members with 3, 6 and 12 month memberships are allowed to Transfer their membership with a minimum of 30 days remaining. Any requests for transfer is subject to transfer fee AED 210 vat inclusive. Transfer of membership on apply to non-member.

• I understand that I am paying for short term membership.

• I understand that I must present a valid ID upon purchasing a short term membership.

• There is NO REFUND policy on the short term membership agreement. Therefore, no refund can be made for non-usage of gym facilities.

WAREHOUSE GYM FACILITY RULES

• PROPER HYGIENE REQUIRED. Wear clean clothes while working out. Athletic shoes are required. No dress shoes, boots, flip flops or sandals are permitted.
• DO NOT WEAR CROCS OR SLIDERS on the gym floor.

•   NO FOOD ALLOWED ON GYM FLOOR. No glass bottles or meals on the gym floor.

•   NO NUDITY. Gym clothes must be worn at all times.

•   LOCKERS ARE FOR DAY USE ONLY. Lockers will be emptied at the end of the day.

• NO PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOT WITHOUT APPROVAL. Please respect the privacy of other members and ask for approval before filming.
• REFRAIN FROM USING TRIPODS to film
• RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS + DO NOT MOVE EQUIPMENT. Return the weight after use, failure to follow will result in suspension of your membership
• CLEAN THE MACHINES AFTER USING. Members are required to clean each machine after using it. Use a paper towel or sanitary wipes provided on the Gym floor.
• USE THE CHANGING ROOM LOCKERS to store your bags. 
•  GYM STAFF ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. Request the staff to check the log sheets if you have left something in Warehouse Gym.

•   NO PERSONAL TRAINING. Personal Training from non-warehouse Personal Trainers is strictly prohibited.

• MEMBERS MUST EXIT WAREHOUSE GYM PROMPTLY BEFORE CLOSING TIME. If you wish to take a shower, finish the workout with ample time before closing.
• NO DOPING. The Warehouse Gym does not condone such practice. For those caught using, distribution, facilitation of banned substances, will immediate termination of membership.
• NO VAPING OR SMOKING inside the building
• TREAT ALL WAREHOUSE TEAM AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH RESPECT.

MEMBER WAIVER FORM AGREEMENT

In consideration of gaining access to participate any program of activities associated with The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C, I do hereby expressly waive any claim against, release and forever discharge, The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C including its shareholders, officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and others from any and all responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any program of activities.

I fully understand the policies and procedures set forth by The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C and I have had the opportunity to discuss my specific needs in relation to participation in any activity. With this, I do hereby voluntarily request the right to participate in this preventative program of exercise.

Inconsideration of the foregoing, I acknowledge the existence of all forms of risks associated with these activities, and hereby assume such risk and take full responsibility for any injuries that may be sustained in my participation in any course (program) via the use of the facilities and/or equipment. Specifically, I acknowledge and accept responsibility for any following areas:

• Use of the facility or equipment
• The performance of fitness-related evaluations to access functional capacity
• The participation in group activities related to any exercise or activity
• d. Incidents that may occur within the institution facility including but not limited to locker rooms, dressing rooms, swimming pool, kids pool and other areas associated with The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C.

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge having been strongly advised to consult with a physician before engaging in any activity associated with The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C.

Having read and fully understood the above, I acknowledge full understanding of the risk set forth herein and knowingly accept full responsibility for my own exposure to such risks and to waive any and all claims of whatever nature against The Warehouse Fitness Center L.L.C.
