Overview
The Marketing Manager is the operational leader within the Warehouse Gym marketing team, serving as the right hand to the Head of Marketing. Your role is critical in managing the department's day-to-day operations, leading execution efforts, and ensuring alignment with Warehouse Gym’s ambitious growth and brand objectives. You have strong leadership, analytical thinking, meticulous organization, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage daily marketing activities, ensuring efficient execution and consistent achievement of deadlines.
Provide clear direction and communication with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and partners to maintain operational alignment.
Campaign Execution:
Strategically plan, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
Guide creative teams and content creators to deliver visually impactful and consistent brand messaging.
Analytical Leadership:
Analyze and interpret marketing data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize performance.
Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
Budget Leadership:
Assist the Head of Marketing in strategic budget allocation and management.
Monitor and report on marketing spend, evaluating effectiveness and optimizing ROI.
Team Collaboration & Development:
Closely collaborate with the Head of Marketing on the strategic direction and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Lead coordination efforts between Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and external suppliers, ensuring cohesive and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.
Member and Community Engagement:
Develop and execute initiatives that significantly enhance member experience, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee the successful planning and execution of community-focused events and loyalty programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of campaign-specific goals (lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
Timeliness and efficiency in the delivery of marketing projects.
Quality and actionable insightfulness of analytical reporting.
Improved member engagement, satisfaction scores, and event participation rates.
Team effectiveness, professional growth, and operational efficiency.
Experience Required
- Proven leadership experience in marketing management, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in marketing analytics and metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic thinking.
- Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, and member journey building and automation for effective member relationship management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with some graphic design desirable
