Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualize and create visually captivating designs for various marketing materials, including flyers, posters, banners, digital ads
  • Supports in app and website development; selecting appropriate images and ensuring consistent design flow throughout.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaign designs that align with our brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
  • Continuously innovate and explore new design trends and techniques to keep our visual identity fresh and engaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create original content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Design visually compelling posts, stories, and advertisements to resonate with our audience and drive interaction.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our community in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and special promotions.
  • Take active role in community management – reposting appropriate UGC and responding to DMs.

Content Creation:

  • Craft compelling copy for social media posts, captions, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate our brand's message.
  • Design Instagram grids and monthly content calendars to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and narrative.
  • Produce high-quality visuals and graphics to complement written content and maximize engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics across our social media channels and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining growth, engagement, and reach, and provide actionable insights to optimize our social media strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to inform our approach and drive continuous improvement.
