What is Grit?

GRIT is a high intensity class packed with cardio plus strength elements. The workouts are designed to build muscle and improve overall fitness and are performed solo, partnered or in teams.

The combination of weights with cardio will build your engine and improve your physique. The weights and movements are scalable to suit all fitness levels.
